Andreas Christensen linked with move to join Inigo Martinez at Al-Nassr after Barcelona contract expires

Barcelona defender Andreas Christensen is being linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League to join Inigo Martinez at Al-Nassr when his contract at the club ends.

A report from the Arabic website 365scores.com claims Christensen is wanted at Al-Nassr and initial moves have already been made.

Martinez shocked Barcelona by leaving last summer on a free transfer for Al-Nassr, and it seems that Christensen could do the same in 2026.

The Denmark international has been linked with Al-Nassr previously, but he opted to stay at Barcelona and see out his contract.

Christensen has said he wants to continue, but it seems there have been no talks yet of a contract extension, meaning as things stand he will be able to walk away next summer.

The Dane is said to be appreciated by Barca but his injury record is certainly a concern and will surely play a part in the club’s thoughts for the future when it comes to a possible extension.
