Barcelona’s search for a new No. 9 has now taken the Catalan giants to Munich and a certain Harry Kane, according to Diario Sport.
A new report states that Kane is considering the option of Barça but won’t make a decision on where he wants to play his football next season just yet.
Kane is expected to be available for around €65 million next summer, due to an exit clause in his contract, and is said to be thinking about his future carefully right now.
The England captain had been a huge hit at Bayern since moving from Tottenham. He’s scored 22 goals in 15 games already for the Bundesliga giants this season and won his first trophy with the club last year.
His goalscoring exploits mean he’s unlikely to lack for offers if he does decide to move on in the summer, even though he will turn 33 in July.
Yet Barca signed Lewandowski from Bayern at the age of 33, back in 2022, and have seen the Poland international go on to win La Liga and the Copa del Rey during his time in Catalunya.
